We wanted to let you know a little bit about what is going on in our life. Linda and I are still in the housecleaning business. At the same time we are trying to promote You’re Amazing And I’ll Prove It! I am now 60 years old and I’m not allowed to tell you how old my wife Linda is (I never really understood that because women get better with age). We just can’t do the amount of work that we used to do and the housecleaning business is physically draining us. That is the bad news.
The good news is that You’re Amazing is showing tremendous promise. At the Barnes & Noble class on June 8, 2019, I’m not sure why I didn’t tell you this, because this was my favorite part of the class. After the official class was over, the people in the audience who have already read the book sat around and shared their stories on how they’re using You’re Amazing to show loved ones, friends, and even perfect strangers that they are amazing. It was primarily adults in the audience and they were sharing how they were using the book to teach our youth that each and every one of us has special attributes that make them unique and exceptionally important. Can you think of anything more important than teaching a young person that they are magnificent and that each person around them is magnificent?
Linda and I are bursting at the seams to get this message to spread. The only way it can spread is through grassroots. We need your help. Linda and I are going to be running a contest where we are giving away a hardcover autographed copy of You’re Amazing to the winner ($25 value). We are also going to make $1 donation per book sold to a charity that you, our teammates to help us educate as many kids as possible, will help us pick out. The more of us that put our heads together, the more kids we are going to be able to teach that they are magnificent! When we launch the contest in the next few days, the more people that you can help us to participate via Facebook or Twitter or any other avenue, the further the word will spread. If you have an idea on how to spread the word, please let us know.
