Happy Wednesday! I just realized that the one year anniversary for my blog was on April 15, 2019. It’s amazing to believe that it has been a year and 2 months already.

Matt Yerkes did an awesome job in editing it and now our tech guru Shane is putting the finishing touches on it to make it available to everyone online. With this webinar you will get a taste of our live class. We want to film it in front of a live audience in the long run, but at this time that isn’t possible – hopefully soon.

Now for this week’s story:

Never let the aptitudes that you’re bad at stop you from using the aptitudes you’re amazing at.

How many things do you know that you’re bad at? I would venture to say you’re like I was. You not only know the things you’re bad at, but you focus on them. Never ever let your weaknesses stop you from doing anything . Use your strengths and you can find someone else that can fill in your weaknesses.

I’ll give you a for instance. One of the gifts that I have been given is the ability to speak and express myself on paper. However, one of my big weaknesses is my ability to spell. I always worried about my spelling to the point that I couldn’t put two words together and express myself on paper because I was worried about how the words were spelled. Then I took an adult self-improvement class where I had to take notes. When the teacher came by my desk, I covered up my paper. He was obviously an amazing teacher, that was his gift, because he asked me what I was doing. When I told him I couldn’t spell, he said, Never worry about your weakness, who cares that you can’t spell. Get your thoughts down, that’s all that matters.

If it wasn’t for him, I would have never written this book which has already sparked that little light inside many of my readers.
